6 years of building teams taught me how much the right person can change a business.
For the past six years, I’ve worked closely with US-based business owners, founders, and CEOs behind the scenes of growing companies.
A big part of that work has been hiring, onboarding, and managing people, but my role has rarely stopped there. I’ve managed teams, helped with business decisions, built processes, and solved operational problems.
Working that closely with founders has shown me what happens when the right support is in place. Once they have someone they trust to take work off their plate, they get hours of their week back. That time can go toward strategy, bigger decisions, and the higher-leverage work that actually grows the business.
...so why Filipino talent?
Because I’ve built a big part of my career working with them.
I’ve seen them take over the work founders no longer had the time to carry themselves, whether that meant handling the day-to-day as an executive assistant, keeping projects and teams moving as a project manager, or taking on creative work as an editor. Over time, those roles often grew into something bigger because the person became someone the business could genuinely rely on.
My vision is to help more business owners experience what it feels like to have that kind of person on their team.
